Job Description Technical Supervisor Airdrie: Permanent, full-time: Competitive salary plus benefits: The purpose of this role is to undertake supervisory duties on customer sites and whilst back at the depot, holding responsibility for leading Company employees, ensuring safe and compliant works and promoting Company/Depot success. The technical supervisor is responsible for successful completion of allocated works and projects, taking full ownership of project works, planning resource, manpower and equipment needs and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Additionally, the technical supervisor must be able to communicate with the operations team and customers by email and in person, ensuring all are kept up to date with progress and surprises avoided, The technical supervisor must demonstrate a willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, leading emergency response operations and/or response activities. This requires a ‘hand on’ approach, solving problems and leading by example.
