KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Oversee technician performance on every job, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. - Lead weekly sales meetings to review repair trends, channel sales, and system performance. - Assist technicians in creating the most effective system designs for customer needs. - Communicate marketing campaigns and promotions to the team. - Track, analyze, and review branch sales KPIs, including gross close rates and average ticket size. - Present repair and replacement options to customers virtually or by phone. - Conduct bi-monthly sales reviews and ongoing coaching for technicians. - Monitor compliance with Goettl standards and ensure accurate job data collection. - Time manage technician schedules and provide real-time support. - Participate in technical training sessions to enhance team skills.
