About the Role NinjaOne's channel is a core growth engine in EMEA, and we're scaling the team to match. As a Channel CSM, you own thesuccess of a portfolio of EMEA resellers, VARs, and distributors — ensuring partners are enabled, active, and growing their NinjaOne practice. Your job is to turn transactional partners into committed, high-performing NinjaOne advocates. Based in the UK, you'll be well-positioned to serve our EMEA reseller and distributor network, many of whom are headquartered in or operate through the UK market. Location : Berlin, Germany: What You’ll be Doing: - Own the post-sales relationship for a defined portfolio of EMEA resellers, VARs, and distributors — from onboarding through to long-term growth - Travel regularly across the UK to meet partners on-site, build executive relationships, and deepen NinjaOne's presence within their organizations - Drive structured partner onboarding and enablement: product training, certifications, go-to-market workshops, and sales toolkits - Monitor partner health and activity data to proactively identify risks, close adoption gaps, and prevent churn - Collaborate with the CAM to identify expansion opportunities: new product li...
