Description Position Summary: The Plumbing Project Manager oversees the planning, coordination, execution, and completion of residential and/or commercial plumbing projects. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with plumbing codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations. The Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between clients, field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal leadership. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Coordination: - Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and schedules. - Review plans, specifications, and proposals to determine project requirements. - Coordinate material procurement, equipment needs, and labor allocation. Execution & Oversight: - Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring adherence to plans and quality standards. - Supervise and support field technicians, foremen, and subcontractors. - Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
