As a result, we are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to support our team. It’s an exciting time to join the firm! About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for: - opening and managing residential conveyancing files - ordering relevant searches - assisting with commercial conveyancing files and land division - preparing and checking Form 1s - drafting LTO documents and in PEXA - matter liaison with all relevant parties to the transaction - preparing settlement statements - reviewing executed documentation About You: To thrive in this role, you will bring: - prior experience running conveyancing...
