Job DetailsJob Location: Pasadena - Pasadena, MD 21122Salary Range: $28.00 - $35.00 HourlyWe are currently seeking a talented, compassionate LPN to provide hospice care to patients where they reside. This position will be based out of Largo, MD and will cover both Prince George's County and Anne Arundel County. This position is a night shift, fulltime - 3 12-hr shifts per week, 8pm - 8:30am with a weekend rotation required. This position is Non-Exempt, and paid hourly + differential. Main Responsibilities: Engage with patients to build trust while you assess their physical, psychosocial, and emotional condition as well as their environment during regular nursing visits. Adapts communication style to each individual and circumstance to provide an atmosphere that protects patient dignity. Recognizes changes in clinical status, anticipates patient and caregiver needs with a sense of urgency, and reports any changes to the patient or their environment to the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of service and care.
