JOB SUMMARY: The Services Coordinator assumes responsibility for the service management function within Booth Manor. This function includes development of contacts with service providers and agencies for resident referrals and the ongoing service management responsibility. The Services Coordinator educates residents on available services and monitors provision of services. The Services Coordinator works in conjunction with the property manager and other management of Booth Manor.
