About the Department: The Marketing and Public Relations Department within BYD Europe is responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing and PR-strategies specific to the European region and create comprehensive plans that resonate with the European target audience. Our team works collaboratively to optimize brand visibility, increase market share, and drive business growth within the European market. The PR Manager is responsible to build the brand internal communication for BYD Europe, initiate activities, closely observe and monitor opinions and build solid relationships with various stakeholders and collaborate in close corporation with BYD HQ in China, and BYD PR team in Europe. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for the corporate development, planning, and management of internal communication for the BYD Manufacturing Site within BYD Europe. - In charge of the process control and effectiveness of the communication plan, in line with BYD HQ in China, the European Marketing and the PR Team in the Netherlands. - Create and maintain a favorable public image for BYD Management by communicating programs, accomplishments, or points of view. - Establish and maintain r...
