Job Title: Director, Application Development Reports To: Chief Technology Officer: FLSA Status: Exempt: Department: Technology: JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of LendingPoint’s software applications. This leadership role is responsible for managing the application development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions. Additionally, the Director will work closely with senior leadership to align development initiatives with the company’s strategic goals, driving innovation and efficiency in the software development process.
