Casting Finisher - 3rd Shift

Job description

The primary responsibility is to prepare the product for processing including grinding and cleaning casting. Responsibilities also include operating crane and shot blast as determined within the established guidelines. Complete the process by staging product and removing product from staging area. Education/Qualifications/Experience: - Follow direction provided by Floor supervisor or designee. - Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to, and enforcing, all safety procedures and policies inside and outside the facility, including use of personal protective and McLanahan equipment as required. - Represent McLanahan Corporation in a positive manner both internally and externally while adhering to the organizations core values. - Communicate effectively with co-workers, management, customers, and others in a courteous and professional manner. - Prepare product for processing including, grinding and cleaning of product according to established instructions. - Operate material moving equipment to move material to appropriate location for processing. - Operate Roto blast to remove debris from product, while wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment. - Remove the casting from t...
