This role will support a wide range of corporate, finance, governance, and securities-related legal work, while also serving as a key strategic partner to the General Counsel. In addition to core legal responsibilities, this role will help drive priorities across the legal function, support executive-level initiatives, and enhance coordination between Legal and key stakeholders across Finance, Compliance, Investor Relations, and the business.
