Field Service Technician - Technology Systems

Job description

Role Details As a Field Service Technician you will deliver service, maintenance, and repairs on VTS machinery, including robotics, PLCs, conveyors, and other packaging equipment across all Visy sites. You’ll work with customers, internal teams, and suppliers to troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and ensure machinery reliability and safety. The role includes hands-on work and administrative duties such as documenting service calls, completing check sheets, generating reports, ordering parts, and providing operator training.
