Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience. - 10 years of experience in corporate real estate and workplace experience, including facilities operations, design development, and project management of corporate real estate assets. - Proven experience managing large-scale outsourced service provider models, leading at scale to provide high quality execution. Preferred qualifications: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong capability presenting both verbally and through slides. - Demonstrated capability leveraging AI tools to deliver efficiencies and enhancements in an enterprise environment. About the job: In this role, you will serve as the primary point of accountability and provide strategic leadership for one of Google’s dynamic portfolios. You will work within the Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) organization to develop a goal and strategic roadmap for your region in the Bay Area, identifying opportunities to elevate services or implement efficiencies using AI tools.
