You will own the analytics function for our marketing department, which includes building and maintaining the KPI framework, producing regular reporting, and translating performance data into clear recommendations. A secondary but meaningful part of this role involves handling routine internal and external calls and performance reviews professionally and independently. WHO YOU ARE: You have experience in a marketing analytics or reporting role and you know how to make data useful to people who are not in the weeds with you. You build reporting systems that get used consistently, not just once. You are organized, detail-oriented, and you follow through.
