Job Description: The Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter supports hiring across assigned campus locations by managing the full recruitment process—from job posting through offer delivery. This role builds strong partnerships with hiring managers, anticipates staffing needs, and actively sources candidates using a mix of platforms, networks, and outreach events. The Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter also ensures recruiting practices are compliant and candidate-focused, while helping maintain accuracy in Workday and other tools.
