Who We're Looking For - Corporate Attorney The Corporate Attorney has a crucial role in supporting the legal department of Clearlink. The Corporate Attorney will negotiate a wide range of technology and other agreements, maintain corporate governance standards, registrations and filings, and complete some administrative tasks. To be successful in the role, you must be motivated, a problem solver, serious about attention to detail, and want to be involved in all facets of the business. The Impact You Will Make: - Draft, analyze, advise on, and negotiate a wide range of technology and media agreements, including master subscription/service agreements (MSAs), SaaS agreements, service level agreements (SLAs), statements of work (SOWs), data privacy/protection agreements (DPAs), and related agreements. - Coordinate and collaborate daily with all Clearlink departments, including providing prompt, practical, business-oriented legal and commercial advice directly to internal business clients. - Assist with transactions and real estate matters. - Be a problem solver and resource for the sales and marketing departments, explaining issues and risks, identifying and advising on alternatives, f...
