About the Job Red Hat Engineering is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Hybrid Platforms (HP) Engineering-Productivity team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to Red Hat’s hybrid cloud vision by creating tools, frameworks, and automation that help HP engineers deliver faster, safer, and more scalable services. The HP Engineering-Productivity team builds and maintains an evolving suite of developer experience and infrastructure tools used across HP — from continuous integration systems and ephemeral testing environments to AI-driven developer assistance and automation frameworks. As a key member of this team, you’ll design and implement software that improves the way our engineers build, test, and release cloud-native applications on OpenShift. You’ll collaborate with engineers across multiple HP services to identify pain points, standardize workflows, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance productivity and reliability across Red Hat’s hybrid cloud ecosystem.
