The designation of the title Member Care Representative I has been established for an Employee who is entering into the financial services industry and one who is learning and developing in all of the basic job tasks of a teller. REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES: The Member Care Representative I (MCR), is responsible for educating our Members on a variety of products and services the credit union offers.
