CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: (1) Lead PSG & CBG Environmental, Health, Safety & Fire Safety Program: - Develop and drive execution in strategic initiatives necessary to protect employees and the public. Own the EHS&T strategy, annual plan, and multi-year roadmap aligned to business objectives and risk profile; - Identify strategic, critical initiatives necessary to support Group-wide safety and risk control programs and processes that significantly reduce risk; - Create and sustain a culture of safety and compliance, at all Group levels; - Lead with the hierarchy of controls and engineered solutions; embed safety in process, layout, selection, and procurement. (2) EHS Leadership: - Demonstrate leadership in both the management of the PSG EHS team and cross-functional EHS support teams; - Partner with key stakeholders to develop safe and compliance operations across the Group; - Serve as an advisor to the BU President, Operations, and HR Team on EHS&T risk, opportunities, and investments. - Represent the Group in enterprise EHS and Sustainability efforts, and pursue alignment and execution of key enterprise initiatives; (3) EHS, Fire Safety, and Transportation Compliance: - Plan...
