Job Responsibilities: - Lead and complete residential HVAC system installations, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and IAQ products. - Manage and direct install crew members to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards. - Review job specifications, load calculations, and blueprints to ensure accurate system placement and design. - Ensure all installations meet local codes, manufacturer guidelines, and company quality expectations. - Perform system start-up, testing, commissioning, and homeowner walkthroughs upon completion. - Communicate professionally with customers, explaining system operation and answering questions. - Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and project management to confirm materials and scheduling. - Maintain a c...
