Description Nashua, NH: Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking a Nursing & Wellness Manager to lead nursing and medical assistant staff in the delivery of high quality psychiatric and integrated care services. This role combines clinical leadership, direct nursing support, staff supervision, and cross department collaboration to ensure excellent client care and efficient medical operations. Key Responsibilities: - Provide leadership, supervision, and performance management for nursing and medical assistant staff supporting psychiatric services. - Conduct individual and group supervision, performance reviews, and ongoing clinical support. - Deliver direct nursing care, including long-acting injectable medication coordination, refills, and prior authorizations (approximately 10% of time). - Ensure medication reconciliation for 95% of hospital discharges and process 90% of refill requests within two business days. - Complete documentation within three business days of service delivery. - Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to support integrated care delivery. - Provide clinical oversight and guidance to health mentors within the InSHAPE wellness program. - Serve as Infecti...
