Deal Advisor – Coldwell Banker Realty The Deal Advisor serves as a trusted resource for agents, supporting successful real estate transactions and fostering professional growth. This role combines expertise in transaction management, contract review, agent coaching, and training, with a commitment to responsive service and collaborative problem-solving. The Deal Advisor ensures agents have the guidance and tools needed to navigate complex transactions, comply with legal requirements, and build their business. Key Responsibilities: - Approve all documents in Transaction Manager for assigned territory, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards and state regulations. - Review and sign listing agreements and disclosures, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. - Review and authorize form modifications as needed for transactions. - Request and manage contract changes, communicating clearly with agents to resolve discrepancies and facilitate timely corrections. - Respond to agent inquiries on transactions, contracts, and representation through email, phone, and/or virtual meetings. - Address agency questions and provide guidance on disclosure requirements...
