Overview Kimley-Horn’s Bellevue office is seeking a Right of Way Agent/Senior Right of Way Agent to join our growing Right of Way team. This role is ideal for an experienced right-of-way professional who is ready to take ownership of acquisition efforts, manage complex landowner negotiations, and play a key role in delivering high-impact infrastructure projects. You’ll work closely with project managers, public agencies, and property owners while helping drive projects forward from early planning through acquisition.
