Role Overview Sodexo Energy & Resource is seeking an experienced Operations Manager I, Multi-Service to support an Oil and Gas client in Houston, TX . What You'll Do: - manage building maintenance functions to include but not limited to custodial/maintenance (HVAC) as well as managing work orders/CMMS - oversee and coordinate projects - build and maintain client and team member relationships - have budgetary oversight of some services - manage QA and Safety What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
