BGC Capital Partners is seeking a technically strong, motivated developer with 5+ years of work experience to be a part of a team building a Cross Platform HTML5/JS based Front End for the Next Generation Low Latency Trading Platform. The role entails building Highly performant UI Components and libraries to be able to run on any Browser or Chromium based Containers like Electron, OpenFin etc. Building highly performant Cross Platform Front End application using HTML5/JavaScript and React.js Developing reusable components and front-end libraries for future use Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and related API's. Deep functional knowledge or hands on design experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc ..) is needed to be successful in this position.
