You’ll set strategy, coach project teams and subcontractors, and drive a zero-injury culture across assigned projects. In addition to program leadership, you will direct Safety Engineers/Coordinators, ensure timely completion of deliverables, and hold stakeholders accountable for results. Key Responsibilities: Program Ownership & Planning: Develop, implement, and continuously improve the project safety program and site-specific Safety Plans. Translate corporate standards into clear field practices, KPIs, and compliance checkpoints.
