Job Description Job Overview: The Director of Quality Assurance is a strategic and experienced leader for our enterprise B2B eCommerce platform serving the healthcare sector. This role will lead the QA function for a platform built on SAP Commerce Cloud, Sitecore CMS, and an Angular-based front end, with integrations across a broad digital ecosystem. Will oversee both internal QA teams and the quality-related work of a global systems integrator, ensuring consistent quality standards, performance, and compliance across all regions and delivery partners. Responsibilities: Define and implement a global QA strategy and operating model tailored for a B2B healthcare environment. Lead a distributed QA organization with responsibilities spanning manual testing, test automation, performance testing, and release validation. Oversee the quality deliverables and performance of a global systems integrator, ensuring contractual obligations and quality KPIs are met.
