The Monarch Casino Resort Spa is looking for a passionate Banquet Manager to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that exceeds the expectations of our guests and Team Members. Responsibilities: - Complete assigned side work and maintain a clean work area. - Take and correctly ring in drink orders, delivering them promptly to guests. - Follow casino/department drink service policies and check IDs to verify guests' age. - Monitor guests for safe alcohol consumption and provide recommendations for wine, beer, or spirits. - Clear beverages and other items according to sanitation standards and stock service items as needed. Qualifications: - Previous bartending experience. - Open availability to potentially work all 3 shifts. - Maintain an updated knowledge of the brands of beer, wine and liquors being offered for consumption at the bars and the current prices. - Knowledge of Company and Departmental polic...
