Chief of Staff - Human Factors Engineering FCE Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is looking for a Chief of Staff - Human Factors Engineering FCE (Experienced, Mid-level or Senior) to join the Human Factors Engineering (HFE) Functional Chief Engineer (FCE) Office , in Everett, Washington . This role will directly support the HFE FCE, and partner with leaders and members of the Technical Fellowship across Human Factors Engineering, and peer FCE offices, to optimize organizational effectiveness, and enable the HFE FCE to focus on high-impact leadership priorities. This position serves as a trusted advisor and operational partner, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, managing key projects, and ensuring alignment across the Human Factors Engineering organization and broader enterprise.
