About the team You'll be joining our central Global Proposition and Campaigns Team. While the team's overall scope covers multi-market global campaigns, this role will focus specifically on driving compelling marketing campaigns for the UK and Ireland (UKI) markets. You'll report to the Head of Global Propositions and UKI Campaigns and be part of a centre of excellence for end to end campaign development. About the role: We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is critical in the execution of key UKI marketing activities. You will act as the voice of the UKI consumer ensuring local market needs and orientation is understood. You must ensure all activity delivers a plan at a high standard in a way that helps achieve the desired outcome as well as taking a curious approach to seeking optimisations to how we can do things differently and continuously improve. What you'll be doing: Execute the end-to-end development of bespoke, locally-led marketing initiatives (e.g., UK-only or seasonal campaigns) driven by UKI needs.
