Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a MECM Applications Analyst/Administrator for our Customer in Suffolk, VA. The SYSMAN (MCM) team is responsible for the health, packaging, and distribution of software and updates across the enterprise. They ensure that thousands of endpoints (laptops, desktops, and servers) are uniform, secure, and equipped with the necessary tools for employees to work. They perform extensive log review for various troubleshooting efforts with imaging. Create boundary diagrams to visualize all assets that are managed on the network. Some of the core duties include, but are not limited to the following: The SYSMAN (SCOM) Application Team designs, implements, and maintains the enterprise-wide monitoring framework. Their mission is to provide proactive visibility into the IT environment. These include servers, databases, applications, and network devices. This ensures that internal users are alerted to issues before they impact operations.
