Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Check guests in and out of the hotel using the hotel`s computer system, in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner; post charges to guest accounts; review all guest comps to ensure billing is correct; balance all credit card transactions. - Handle and verify internal control procedures which ensure revenues and financial documents are properly handled and processed. - Process and complete reports in a timely manner with hotel data used by many different departments in the hotel. - Notify Supervisor or Manager of any unusual activity uncovered during the auditing of financial records. - Answer guests` questions about the hotel, its facilities, and the local area. - Balance bank at end of shift and notify Supervisor or Manager of any discrepancies immediately. - Upsell guests on rooms,...
