Job description
About the Job The Manager, Learning and Outreach, will support learning transformation initiatives, including advancing AGA’s member learning initiatives, optimizing platform and accessibility standards, and implementing technology-driven solutions that elevate the member learning experience. What you will do: - Serve as the administrative lead in the implementation of AGA’s new learning management system, vendor communications, and member engagement. - Coordinate and administer the development of AGA’s learning management system. - Develop and manage programming and content for member consumption. - Evaluate the Advocacy and Outreach team’s learning initiatives, recommending and implementing enhancements to improve learning outcomes, and engagement. - Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, data analysis, and continuous improvement strategies. - Collaborate cross-functionally with the broader AGA team to identify and improve content for the AGA Exchange. - Field member and staff inquiries related to the learning platform.
