The Opportunity Adobe is seeking an Industry Growth Solutions Program Manager to own and scale partner‑led growth programs for State and Local Government (SLG) customers, including state agencies, counties, cities, municipalities, and adjacent public entities. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on designing, operationalizing, and scaling partner‑anchored solution programs that drive measurable growth, reduce procurement friction, and enable consistent execution across SLG markets. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy and serves as a central connector across Adobe field teams, ecosystem partners, and internal stakeholders. This role is directly accountable for driving partner‑ sourced and partner influenced pipeline , solution adoption, and execution consistency across State and Local Government .
