Role Overview: The Director of Major Giving serves as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of 100--150 major gift donors giving $10,000+, developing and executing personalized cultivation strategies, conducting prospect research, collaborating with leadership and stakeholders to secure gifts, representing the organization at events, and continuously improving fundraising efforts through strategic planning, engagement, and professional development.
