OneMain Financial (OMF) is seeking a VP/Director of Affiliate Marketing & Analytics , one of the largest and most complex channels for our business. We are seeking an analytical leader who can span across strategic problem-solving and detail-oriented tactical execution to drive transformative growth in affiliates marketing. The ideal candidate has hunger and an ownership mindset, outstanding independent thinking, rigorous framework-driven business judgment and problem-solving, strong executive communications and influence skills, and a proven ability to develop talent.
