Job description

This role is ideal for someone with purchasing, procurement, finance, or administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced project environment supporting critical infrastructure, maintenance, and construction operations. As a key support function within the procurement team, you will play an important role in ensuring purchasing activities are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with business requirements across major projects and operational programs. About the Role: Reporting to the Procurement Manager the Purchasing Officer will provide transactional and systems support to Buyers across the business, helping manage procurement workflows, purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and reporting activities. You will work closely with project delivery teams, procurement specialists, and Accounts Payable to ensure smooth end-to-end purchasing operations within JD Edwards (JDEGS), InEight, and associated procurement systems.
