Job DetailsJob Location: Dallas Campus - Dallas, TX 75204Salary Range: $21.00 - $25.00 HourlyJob Summary: the Operations Specialist provides hands-on operational and systems support to Campus Operations, with a primary focus on tactical Workday execution and employee-facing website maintenance. This role functions as a flexible, execution-oriented resource supporting both planned and ad hoc operational needs, particularly during periods of increased workload related to system implementation and institutional initiatives. The Operations Specialist works under the direction of the Operations Manager and in close coordination with the Operations Coordinator. Duties/Responsibilities: Workday Support Provide hands-on operational and technical support for the Workday implementation, with a focus on Finance and Human Capital Management (HCM) workstreams.
