Job description

Responsible to greet guests in an upbeat, friendly and courteous manner. - Answer incoming reservation calls. - Complete reservations in the computerized reservation system. - Keep abreast of all food & beverage venues and menus. - Check availability on a continuous basis. - Perform other related duties as assigned. - Greet guest in a warm and friendly manner. - Answer the telephone and facilitate guest requests. - Using the table management system, manage incoming reservations and venue floor. - Assist with daily administrative work as per direction of the venue manager. - Perform other related duties as assigned. - Relevant experience in high-quality, high-volume operation preferred. - Knowledge of basic food and beverage products. - Ability to perform basic/intermediate math skills. - Ability to operate office equipment and Table Management system. - Ability to read, write, and understand English. - Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with guests, staff and management. - Knowledge, understanding and compliance of policies and procedures, job descriptions, daily memorandums, chemical labels and other instructions.
