Company Description We are seeking a senior finance leader to own and drive company-wide financial governance for New Product Introduction (NPI). This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Product Groups, Engineering, IT, and Executive Management, and plays a critical role in ensuring that investment decisions for new products are financially sound, consistent, and scalable across the organization. This position goes beyond traditional controlling. The successful candidate will design, standardize, and continuously improve NPI financial processes, enabling informed decision-making from early concept through executive approval.
