Hourly Pay Range: $19.31 - $28.00 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: - Position: Client Service Representative I - Lab - Location: Northwest Community Hospital - Full Time/Part Time: Full Time - Hours: Monday-Friday, 3pm-11:30pm, rotating weekends and holidays What you will do: · Perform client account registrations and order processing · Answer incoming patient, physician and client calls · Contact physician offices and client accounts for resolution of lab orders and specimen related issues · Assist with dispatch of NCH courier teams · Performs registrations, and enters lab orders What you will need: · Education: High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent work experience · Certification: N/A · Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred · Unique or Preferred Skills: Good communication and organization skills, moderate computer skills needed, strong customer service skills.
