ROLE TITLE: Managing Director, Development POSITION REPORTS TO: Senior Managing Director, Development LOCATION: Based on local fundraising portfolio - must be in local fundraising geographic area in Dallas-Fort Worth PRIORITY APPLICATION DEADLINE: April 20, 2026. As part of a growing Field Fundraising team, you will help advance our mission by building deep, authentic relationships with high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and institutional partners who are committed to ensuring all children in DFW have access to an excellent education. In this role, you will own and manage a $2–3M portfolio of donors, with a focus on cultivating, stewarding, and expanding investment from some of the region’s most influential philanthropists and community leaders.
