HR Project Specialist

Job description

We are looking for a new HR Systems & Projects Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support HR systems, drive process improvements, and participate in key HR projects across the organization. - Provide local support for HR Information Systems (MAPS, Magion, Cominfo/Kronos) - Manage system configuration, including user roles, access rights, and authorizations - Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of HR data - Resolve day-to-day system issues and operational incidents - Support optimization and digitalization of HR processes through system solutions - Participate in implementation of new HR systems, modules, and functionalities - Perform system testing, upgrades, and user acceptance testing (UAT) - Collaborate with IT, external vendors, and global HR teams - Prepare user documentation and train system users - Support HR reporting and analytics, including data preparation for internal and external reporting - Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal data protection regulations - Support audits and maintain security standards for personal data processing - Coordinate and support HR projects across areas such as compensation & benefits, organizational changes,...
