Job Description Brighton- Warehouse Operative and Shunter: Night shift working Sunday to Thursday 22:00 until 07:30am Salary of £32,617 per annum basic rate, PLUS extra 20% for hours worked between 10pm-6am Join our friendly team in Brighton as a Warehouse Operative/Shunter and enjoy a varied, active role where no two shifts are the same. You’ll spend around 80% of your time working in the warehouse and the rest of your shift taking care of on-site vehicle movements. In the warehouse, you’ll be picking and checking a mix of ambient, chilled, and frozen food items, using roll cages, PPTs, and handheld scanners to prepare stock for delivery and manage the flow of goods in and out of the depot. The shunter side of your role will keep you close to the action. You’ll be responsible for moving our 14T, 18T, and 26T multi-temperature vehicles around site, setting and monitoring fridge/freezer temperatures, and reporting any vehicle defects. You’ll pla...
