Business Insights Analyst - Consumer Lending The Home Equity, Credit Card & Unsecured Lending Strategy Team at Citizens Bank is responsible for advising senior leadership via analytic insights, directly influencing both the day-to-day and the long-term business strategy. As a member of this team, you will play a critical role in the continued evolution of core consumer banking products at Citizens. You will apply your strategic and analytical skills to proactively identify new insights and challenges, develop and test strategies that ultimately impact the bottom line. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of key partners across Sales, Operations, Product, Tech and Finance to drive strategic change, streamline the business and deliver sustainable performance. The ideal candidate must show clear ownership of strategic initiatives, executing projects and performing complex analyses, including independent root-cause analysis, in order to drive actionable business recommendations.
