Automation Technician Lead

Job description

The Automation Service Lead will focus on continuous improvement to improve HSE performance, Automation Technician training, and improving customer service levels by creating efficiency and enhancing effectiveness. Working with all functional departments this position will identify and execute opportunities for improvement. Qualifications/Requirements: Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: - Effectively leads and trains the Automation Service team consisting of indirect employees. - Demonstrate visible HS&E leadership leading to increased employee ownership of HS&E performance. - Ensures client satisfaction and retention through excellent service delivery. - Proven leader.
