Love interacting with people and providing 5-star customer service? Want a role where you can make a real difference in someone’s daily life? Looking for meaningful work with flexibility? We’re searching for a friendly, hands‑on customer service and administration superstar to support our hearing clinics across the Sunshine Coast, QLD including Beerwah, Buddina, Buderim, Caloundra and Tewantin. In this varied, client‑facing role, you’ll be an important part of our team - supporting our predominantly older clientele with their hearing health journey. From warm welcomes and appointment support to assisting with hearing devices, you’ll help create an exceptional experience every step of the way. Full training and ongoing support provided. This is a casual position with shifts scheduled Monday to Friday, between 8:30am and 5:00pm - no weekend work . We’re looking for someone who can offer flexibility and is available to increase hours when needed for leave coverage.
