Position Purpose: The Marketing Support Specialist supports development & tracking of strategic marketing goals by department. The Marketing Support Specialist will provide reporting / analysis, project management support, and centralized tracking to support cross-functional marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - 20% Collaboration - Collaborate with Retail Media+ Partner Management and Audience Marketing to execute aggregate reporting & analysis on vendor campaign performance for readouts with supervisor & broader merchandising organization - 30% Competitive Activity - Track and report on competitive activity, aggregate marketing performance, budget deployment, and progress against strategic priorities by week for assigned department(s) and provide summarized reports to support strategy development - 10% Manage Promotions - Manage internal promo generation/calendar & barcode management processes for assigned department(s), may include coupon process - 10% Promotional Coverage - Maintain centralized reference documents for promotional coverage & affected SKUs/vendors; notify internal s...
