Campus Ministry Intern - New England (Undergraduate) Work Location: Massachusetts Job Type: Full time To advance the mission and purpose of InterVarsity as noted above, this position is focused on learning and preparing for the full responsibilities of a Campus Minister. The intern will be assigned work based on skills determined by the application process. This is a one or two-year position in which the individual receives intensive training and exercises ministerial functions consistent with a campus minister. He/she is paid a monthly salary. A supervisory decision, with input from the Ministry Intern, is made at the end of the term of service as to whether the individual is suitable for continuing employment with InterVarsity.
