HR Coordinator | Miramont Behavioral Health | Middleton, Wisconsin About the Job: The HR Coordinator is responsible for coordinating one or more human resources core processes including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, training, benefits, compensation, employee relations and recognition. Assists with the day-today HR operations and maintenance of positive work environment and employee relations. Roles and Responsibilities: · Coordinates new hire and benefits orientation, employee training programs, hiring support, job analysis, compensation analysis, and/or routine employee relations. · Assists in developing and executing recruiting plans including job posting and scheduling interviews. · Tracks status of candidates and responds to inquiries. Conducts pre-employment screening, prepares offer letter. Initiates onboarding of new hires. · Verifies timely licensures and certifications of new employees and incumbents. · Assists new employees with completion of new hire paperwork and onboarding. · Serves as a resource person and assists in the orientation of new employees. · Acts as first point of contact with employees and supervisors on HR-related inquiries. · Applies judgem...
